Where It Began

A Hunger for the True Food

EarthBasic was born from a simple but profound conviction: that the Word of God is the true food every soul needs.

Our Founder and President, Carolyn Sinclair McCalla, recognized a deep hunger among women — not for self-help, but for the living, breathing truth of Scripture applied to every facet of life.

What began as one woman sharing biblical truth with a handful of others has grown into a global discipleship community, equipping women to seek, live, and be transformed by the truth of God's Word.

Our Mission

Providing the true food of God's Word to all people, ONE WOMAN at a time.

We believe that when a woman is firmly grounded in biblical truth, she becomes a vessel of transformation in every sphere God has placed her — her home, her workplace, her local church, and her wider community.

What We Believe

We hold to the historic, orthodox Christian faith as expressed in the Apostles' Creed and the Nicene Creed. We believe:

  • The Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God — the final authority for faith and life.
  • There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died a substitutionary death for our sins, rose bodily on the third day, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return in glory.
  • Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone, apart from works.
  • The Holy Spirit indwells every believer, empowering them for holy living and service.
  • The Church is the body of Christ, called to make disciples of all nations.

How We Serve

We equip women to serve all people through:

  • Biblical Literacy: Live and online Bible studies teaching core tenets of the Christian faith and sound biblical interpretation skills.
  • Be-Held Teachings: Free written and audio resources for spiritual, soul, and physical health.
  • Full-Length Bible Studies: Published works emphasizing the sufficiency of Jesus Christ and Christ-centered identity.
  • Intercessory Prayer: Specific and confidential prayer support for women in every sphere of influence.
  • Church Partnership: Walking alongside local congregations to equip women to teach and apply God's Word.
